Development and implementation through training and auditing of quality and standards for Food Hygiene for all the resorts of the company in Cyprus, Greece and Spain. This work has led to the assignment of the project for the development of a HACCP system for all resorts and hotels, which was completed in late 1998. Furthermore the company decided to implement the system in all the Resorts & Hotels. h.s.i. Foodtech Laboratories Ltd has undertaken this work, which involved the presentation and installation of the HACCP system to all the hotels in Cyprus, Greece and Spain.
